Reality Bites!

Well, not really, but the difficulties I've had coming home from ten days in paradise have really surprised me.  You'd think I was away for a year!

I was so inspired and wrote so much about Costa Rica while I was there.  I plan to share a few relevant bits of that here soon.  (Check out my "Soul Flung Open" hat in the pic above -- that was made for me by my dear friend Carole!!!  Thank you, Carole!  I wore it all over CR!)

I'm so thankful we were able to have this trip with the family.  The girls being 6 and 12, were each at wonderful ages to get so much out of this.  I'll be forever thankful to my father & mother-in-law for taking us and wanting to celebrate his 70th in this beautiful way.

Our house when we got to Lake Arenal was "Villa Encantada," which means "Home to be Enjoyed,"  and we really did.  I hope you are enjoying a beautiful spring yourself and if you have children at home, that you had a happy and healthy spring break.

Besos,
Ashley

  1. Thanks for sharing, Ashley! Family times, no matter if they are in the backyard, or an incredible place like Costa Rica, are so important. Be Blessed!
